apoorv khatreja has been FUPed even though he is an old user. as an IPTV customer, i am being forced to change my plan to get the lower price. newer plan as 100GB FUP. older plan had FUP on paper but never applied. now i am not sure if they would start applying FUP on IPTV plans as well.

I've mailed the CC few hrs back asking for the FUP for my plan & updated tariff details. Just got the msg saying the request is registered & will solve it before 17th June....WTH?

This is the reply that i got from Airtel Presence Team"We would like to inform that as per TRAI guide lines we have the privilege to enjoy the Fair usage policy .Please find the below attachment for yourready reference."

again tell those bozoo that there is a difference between a prividlege and a right.privilege can be taken away anytime, rights cannot be taken away.show me the fair usage policy guidelines?they cant.they created this by themselves.

if we all send our complain to TRAI they will look into this.If only i send it there there would be not much action.

plz send the letters

Just called up customer care - the best plan the guy had to offer was the new 1699 plan which although doubles the speed at the same price (i.e. 2Mbps at Rs. 1699 instead of 1 Mbps), it reduces the FUP limit from 100GB to 40GB. Ridiculous. The CC guy himself told me that it's better to stick to my older plan. What is precious is how the customer care guys themselves use the word "limit" to describe FUP quotas. :P
