Freeleech torrents are also thr to help in maintaining the ratio as the downloads doesnt counts, only upload. But they are mainly set for big torrents like 10GB+

If these BSNL plans come in to effect from Feb. 1, 2012, the FUP limits are higher than the Airtel 4 Mbps plans. Then, I hope Airtel will also increase their limit of their existing plans to more than what BSNL is offering, say for example 200 GB for Turbo 150 (Rs. 2099/- plan). Otherwise, it might not be a bad idea to move to BSNL.

The BBG Combo ULD 2150 also has 250 free calls. Airtel better change their plans soon. The 150 GB plans should be increased to 200 GB & 300 free calls. ;-)

Offcourse, these are very good plans but the revised speeds and the revised FUP limits are only available in few selected circles. So, i think Airtel won't revise it's current tariff plans unless and until BSNL implements the revised version of these plans PAN India.

Also when they bring in new plans, they should upgrade existing ones rather than bringing in brand new ones to which people have to call customer care to move to.When Airtel brought the 1599 75 GB, I was on the 1699 40 GB plan and they didnt bother to move anyone who was paying more to the new plans. After I found about the new plans I had to call them and wait for 2 billing cycles to move to the lesser costing plan with higher data transfer (because of a system upgradation, they werent able to do it in the first)
