Airtel Broadband: Frequent short duration downtimes?

Its mostly random. I did not face any issues yesterday, I was awake till 3 am, connection worked fine.

I keep getting this few second disconnections. Bloody annoying. Happened for about two weeks and then from Monday till today it was fine after they changed the wiring. Now it is happening again.

Guys,I'm facing this problem since April 2011. For past two years AirtelBB was really good, but since this issue has happened, they are not interested in solving this issue.Can someone tell me the exact escalation matrix? I reported the issue on May 15 and they have created so many request nos for this one and closed it without the actual solution to it.Eventhough I told them not to close the request without my information, every single time they close the request without my confirmation and no solution to the problem.I have reported this issue to the Nodal office for more than a week now and he is just one of them - not really interested in solving the problem.whats the alternate to core.nic.in? I saw that site is not avialable anymore? It did work well for me in the past.Thanks.

I am facing this problem from past 2 daysconnection doesn't work for like 1-5 minutes in every 3 hoursThere is some problem from the Airtel's End in ChandigarhI thought that it could be my router but after going through this threat, I am sure that it is not the router problem
