AIRTEL Broadband in Bangalore????

Hi, I am having the AIRTEL Broadband connection in chennai without any deposit or installation charges. I am just paying the monthly rental of 750 for unlimited of 256 speed. Now i got the transfer to Bangalore. When i spoke to AIRTEL ppl in chennai, they said i have enquire in Bangalore itself for these types of offers. So, Can you please tell any body whether these types of offers available in bangalore? not only in AIRTEL other ISP also ok for me. Please give details on broadband connection who will give connection without any deposit or installation charge. Regards,Balu
