i just get the data posted above from the unbilled usage option.even if i do not have access to the data from previous billing cycle. even the current data does not show 3GB used between 12 am and 3 pm :)

The first session starts only at Oct 5 04:26. It does not show the details from midnight and 04:26.

well i was sleeping during that period. but my modem was definitely on. in any case, even airtel cannot prove that i downloaded 3GB (which of course i didn't) from this data! for ****s sake, they would not respond to my request for usage details between midnight and 3am on october 5 :|

errm. what you posted is from that table i posted? i can see no relation. god i am confused here :D

It is from my account's usage table....sorry I should have mentioned

righto. i was amused because you seemed to followed a similar usage pattern. i wonder why i cannot check my older usage data. do you have access to usage data from previous billing cycle?

Even I cant access from the previous billing cycle.

that looks very horrible. airtel does not even provide usage data for previous month :| i mean how much investment they need to keep back logs :|

This is the details from my latest bill, I don't have an Airtel land line at home. Not sure who made these calls, Called up Airtel and as usual no response from them and they passed the buck on me saying that I would have made the calls.

Am sure these are done from Airtel's side and now my question is -- What if someone make some some wrong calls from my number?

If airtel isn't willing, there is no way you can prove otherwise :(

If someone planned to suck your money I see no reason why they should stop at 16.20. These calls could probably be made by the Airtel guys when they were doing some maintenance work.
