I am never redirected to smartbytes page automatically . We have around 13 desktop/laptops which arr connected with the same network and some cellphones.None of them are ever redirected even if we run out of our limit. I know its strange but the only explanation can be that we have never bought smartbytes on this plan in 7 years.

Still gets redirected after 80%.
Now there no option for smarbytes. Only option to upgrade plans. Meaning you need to call them to revert back to older plans.
One click upgrade and struggle to get it downgraded.

It's not smartbytes either.itsays I haven't purchased anything, so no chance of anyone in the family buying any topup smartbytes by mistake either
