To download a Torrent file, you dosnt need specific torrent software. I have been using FlashGet (a download accelerator) for 2 years by default through Reliance Broadband and all torrent software failed to get a connection. One day when coping a torrent link (35 GB - 7 seasons of The Simpsons), it automatically went into FlashGet. It started to download the torrent file instantly and connected though every proxy/seeds it could find at normal download speed of 35 Kbps. I even had choice to download any episode within the link and stop the others. Seeing this, realised I wasted 2 years trying to use various torrent softwares when FlashGet could be used from the start. No special settings are required at all. It works the same way as a torrent software, but the best part is, it connects to every torrent seed/proxy/whatever unlike the torrent software (Azues) my friend uses.I also get a a downloadconnection through Airtel Wirless intenret. SADLY the signal strength in my area (2-3 bars from SIm card) is poor.

use uTorrent WebUI, works like a dream and connects instantly.. I use it with super speeds..
