Airtel Broadband with Static IP gives unlimited bandwidth at full speeds?

Before this IP thing did u also face speed issue when u were below your quota?

I guess they dont want me to download movies now lol.They reduce the speed whenever i start downloading from a direct link.Next test will try and see whether speed reduces from torrents also.

And how come it's recording your downloads when other user say it stopped at 0gb?

Airtel have banned some sites and Torrents try to download Ubuntu or windows 10 direct link and see if they slow down it or not might be site specific

I believe there is some hidden limit they have.When you cross that before your billing cycle closes they start messing your speed if you put the line on full speed use.
