Hi,

I got my plan changed offline by tagging the twitter team. I tagged them
on a monday and the upgrade was done on a thursday.

I needed a new modem upgrade as I was using an ADSL 8Mbps connection.

I didn't have the option of the 499 plan in airtel thanks the day I pinged
them on twitter.
 
Try posting speedtest.net stats using the bbcode they provide


Here is my 300 Mbps up down speed test , 0 Disconnects in 1 month .

It also has power backup 0 DC , I do online gaming pings are rock solid stable .
