Airtel Digital Tv at Oxigen Outlet

I went to a oxigen outlet and bought airtel digital tv. The shopmaster handed a coupon indicating payment and my serial and pin number without handing me the set top box and told that she will call airtel regarding activation.Is it possible to buy it from such an outlet?

well, free advice hai! don't go for airtel.they have no recharge offers never for the past 2 years i have it.the rates of monthly packs of airtel are very pricey if u compare with others................airtel touted about its 'superior' picture quality in TV ads. they actually fooled and misleaded the consumer.Had i been aware of airtel's tactics, i wud not have wasted my money on it. waiting for interoperablity in dth sector to start soon but it can only start after telecom sector. so save yourself the troubles. goodbye!
