Colour of the STB has got nothing to do with heating, it is the components and hardware used inside that matters, so nothing to worry with the black box, infact it might look cool

Right now the airtel digitaltv is not offering 5.1 speaker support....may be in future it might.:cool2:

yes most of the channels are stereo...however channels with multiple language option are dual mono....this means in a stereo a left can be english and a right can be a hindi....and then again a left is splitted into 2 and same for right!!!!
