Submit a port request. They'll call you back & ask why you wanna shift to some other operator. Tell them 1 GB is too less for Rs.98. They'll give you back the same plan !
It is very difficult to go past 300-400 MB. Haan agar 3g speeds aa rahi hoti like it happened sometime back toh I would have had an issue.

I activated 3G on my Airtel number on 27th july and since then the speed is 5KBps...Those crooks charged me 600-700 Rs for crap speed for 2 weeks and now arent ready to return it

Atleast you were able to activate. I toh have sent 3G to 121 on many occasions and I do get the yes 3G has been activated SMS. But speeds are 2g and data is deducted from Rs. 98 plan as opposed to Rs.10/MB flat 3g rate. And when I try recharging with 3g plan. The shop walla and i get a recharge UNsuccessful SMS.

I recharged with Rs. 98 today and I got 2GB data (and 3G continues).Looks awesome
