Hello Everyone,

I am from Bangalore and recently upgraded the network to fiber. I am using Sercomm AOT-4221SR ONT.

I am facing lot of issues with accessing applications on my phone. It wont connect to internet and on WhatsApp it wont download photos or status. Facing same issue with 2.4G and 5G. I have also tried disabling the Firewall on my ONT.

Could someone please share me the screenshot of the WAN ipv4 and ipv6 screenshot from your router for comparison.

I am having same problem. Because of IP6 many websites are not loading. I cannot access icicibank sites. We need to find way to disable ipv6 and enable ipv4.

Hey, How did you manage to change the dns, I tried changing it in the Network Settings, Lan and dns server type - static changed to cloudflare, but on the homepage it doesn't show cloudflare's dns but whatever was present. On browserleaks it showed that my dns was cloudflare.
Router starts messing up after 2 or 3 days of changing dns most of the connected devices doesn't have internet connectivity, reverting back to auto dns fixes internet for all.

Please Provide the exact steps for properly changing the dbs on the latest sercomm router. @panks21 and others Please help if you coud.

The issue is likely specific to Sercomm only; I have the ZTE, no internet or DNS issue. Get your router changed, rather than wasting your precious time.
Sercomm ONU is Airtel's most retarded and heavily locked down ONU; the only good thing about it was creating bridge profiles, but now even ZTE can do that.
