I am currently using Reliance Broadband (bought less than couple of months ago). There customer services is a big SHIT.
Initially I wanted Surf Addiction 300 plan, the idiot who came to my house for
booking my plan was telling me to get Combo 300 plan and was telling its benefits (may be there are some count for them). I am not interested in having free phone calls as we already have lots of mobile phones. They said I will be getting the connection in a couple of days, but got it after 4-5 days only (I had to call them and shout for that). But atlast I was given Combo 300 only (such a pathetic service).
I got some phone calls after the connection enquiring about how was the connection blah blah blah (may be reliance thinks calling customers and asking them is the real customer satisfaction :fool
. They call for every single issue like how am I going to pay my bill, after making the paying, they send many mails and call us and tell, etc.
But the real problem started after I made my first bill payment. The connection got disconnected, I know these things sometimes happens and so not an issue. So called customer care and they told the problem will be corrected within 24 hours. Next day received a call from someone near my place and they corrected it. Again the same problem the following day, the customer care told same 24 hours and they corrected again (they said some server problem, so I thought they are correcting something and so there won't be anything in future). But now 4 times in a row in a week I had the same problem and they didn't correct it yet ( no connection for more than 3 days now). Someone came to my house for correcting it for the 2nd time, he went out for correcting their server problem and didn't return for a long time. So obviously to know the progress I called this stupid and he started raising his voice which ended by my shouting (this is the f**king service reliance provides).
Finally yesterday I called the customer care and told them to disconnect and I am planning to move to Airtel Broadband. I know there are some hidden plans which they mostly do not publish in their websites. I hope someone can help me with the available good plans (I read all your posts in this thread and I know many aren't interested/satisfied with the Airtel plans of reducing the speed after an extend). All I need is a good service without any interruption.
