Airtel increasing mobile calling rates again

ICICI Bank and Standard Chartered do not have toll free customer care numbers. Add to that crappy calling charges of Airtel. I have probably spent more than 100 rupees arguing with customer care people from these two banks in the last couple of days.It takes me 3 minutes to connect with a real person on Standard Chartered. More on ICICI Bank. And I pay for the waiting time.
 
Same with my Bank HDFC :numbness:
Rest will also follow airtel way in a day or two. :nonchalance:
 
well, to have sustanable business model, tariffs hike are evident. operators have already reliazed what kind of service customers get with squeezed input cost and even customers as well.
trust me just try using vodafone or any other network in Australia or new zealand, 1 GB data usage cost upwards of 20 dollars. equals to 1200 approx.
Pathetic customer care executive, morons sitting at the backend for processing your applications and activation are all result of squeezed salary they are being paid.
tell me when did you last saw the network enhancement drive in your city or state. it was all lul for close to three yrs. why airtel is not able to provide proper LTE coverage because no. of cell site required to give sufficient coverage is high and setting up of BTS cost is high as well.
i am not with tariff hike or against it.
