Airtel IPTV is coming back!

Airtel is relaunching it's IPTV service this time as FTTV. The LCOs can see STB invwntories in their airtel partner dashboard. There are also news of few 4k channels.Since I am from a town I think it will take time for me but in metros there are chances that they will lauch it in next 3-6 months. How do you guys feel about it?

I will ditch my bsnl connection first
already airtel is launching FTTH in my town and they said IPTV would also be launched sooner after they start giving connections.
and we already get a pretty good deal, with one DTH connection included

Bro BSNL is already giving free FTTV. Why would you ditch it?

Nahhh lol BSNL, and any new and fancy tech like IPTV, it's a bust. Their implementation is crappy, VLAN based and they're not responding to my query properly at all. Although I'm able to bridge the vlan and route it correctly they're not registering my device and not responding basically. And the device can't access anything other than this TV.
While, with Airtel, although u need DTH u atleast have it irrespective of internet, and I'm guessing they're not gonna implement it based on VLAN

Also Airtel already is in the television broadcasting space so they can reliably give IPTV service, unlike BSNL that's tieing up with whatever random company for each circle.
I'm highly doubtful if they'll implement this TV service completely and properly.
