Airtel is rolling out IPv6 on their wired broadband services

I think I have started getting ipv6. I can see the ip assigned to me in my TP-Link router page but my test over at IPv6 test - IPv6/4 connectivity and speed test are failing. Any idea why that is happening?

ont in bridge mode with ip4/ipv6 connection type.
router setting :
connection type : pppoe ( use the same session with ipv4 connection )
get ipv6 address : DHCPv6
Prefix Delegation : Enable
Dns Address: Get dynamically from ISP

LAN side ipv6 allotment isn't happening. So enable DHCPv6 and RA (router advertisement).

A warning to everyone who enabled ipv6 on their Huawei ONT.

There is no ipv6 firewall in it. Even when the firewall level is set to high, it allows all inbound ipv6 connections, and combined with the fact that there's no NAT in ipv6, your devices are sitting naked on the internet.

I could acces my pihole, remote desktop and media servers from outside network. Their ports turned up open using port scanner on my ddns. This is highly dangerous.

If anyone on TP-Link router is getting ipv6 on router pge but not being assigned lan ip then try restarting the router.
If still you are not able to get lan ip then in your area airtel is still configuring the setup.
Wait and only wait
