1. Use router diagnostic page to confirm that you have working IPv6 connection.
2. Disable "Enable Managed Mark" but leave "Other Mark" enabled and your IPv6 should will start working.
 
You are receiving an active address but it's probably that you are not recieving a default gateway IP on the clients. Kindly check for that.
