Airtel mobile internet disconnects after every ten minutes

while using default mobile internet either 2G or 3G,there is no ussd popup after 10 minutes interval.I got ussd popup only after when I disconnect internet.But if I subscribed any data plan either 2G or 3G,airtel keeps on flashing ussd popup messages at regular interval of 10 minutes reminding the total data usage.These popups disables net connection and enables only when I manually press exit button.It is very irritable because messenger like whatsapp does'nt get notification when net is disabled.Customer care are idiots,they could not understand what I am saying.please comfirm if all of you also get these ussd popups.

From i understand these popups appear on disconnections. Maybe your connectivity is not consistent?Airtel too might have a predefined 10 minute alert mechanism though I have not heard about it.

if u are using android mobile use quiet balance app , this blocks the USSD popups of any sort

but to know ur balance , u should disable this app and dial the USSD code .
am using this app to block the data usage reminder/ popups
