Airtel offering 300 Mbps for 1099

I don't think this plan shows up for Xtreme fiber prepaid (LCO provided) connections. If anyone has got it then please correct me.

Update: On the bill now it says 200 MBPS for 1099 but still I am getting 300 MBPS. I think I won't complaint to cc about this

Edit: Ok this is weird. I checked my previous bills so I have had 3 plans in the past

Rs. 1099 - 40 MBPS - 300 GB
Rs. 799 - 100 MBPS - Unlimited
Rs.1099 - 300 MBPS - Unlimited

The 300 MBPS plan they have offered me does give me 330 Mbps download/Upload speeds but on the bill it has always said 200 MBPS. How is airtel offering speeds different than what they have written on my bill?

My cousin was subscribed to 40mbps plan and received 300mbps speed for almost 1yrs. His speed was finally downgraded in January.

Can you pay for 12 months at once and are you getting 15% annual discount on that 1099 plan?
