Airtel Prepaid Full TalkTime Recharge only on Airtel.in and Retailers

This is what I was told on phone by Airtel customer care. Services like Paytm etc. would not offer full talktime. :

Ok so say Rs 222 (assume) gives full talk time done on Airtel.in will not give us Rs 222 TT when done through freecharge or Paytm and such ?

That's what I was told. That to get full talktime in future, I should either use airtel.in or my local mobile store.

this is bullshit , Paytm still offers rs 330 and 440 full tt recharge , just did it
