You need to be postpaid or Airtel black to get a good response.

You need to feel their lack of response in your soul so you will move to postpaid.

Airtel did not even replied to my DM i sent yesterday.

Same here . On top of that, support @ 198 was adamant saying 251 plan(now 301) has validity of only 28 days and i was lucky to have working more than that and disconnected the call

My issue is, i had 1498 plan which expires on Jan 22, also had 251 plan with same expiry date. Now i queued up one more 1498 plan which extended to Jan 23, but data is getting deducted from new 1498 plan instead of the current 251 plan which have 22GB pending data.
