You are still not getting the point.
If it's a question/doubt --> answer it in public (so that everyone will be able to know about it).
If it's an issue some airtel customer is facing --> ask him to Email you (and then you can resolve it in private).
wouldnt this be easier ? even airtel's CC calls would decrease and so will be the working hours, users will know whether to look for .
@Airtel , why u guys are always trying to work it round the way , make it straight and simple !
IMO , many here who uses airtel knows better than the CC people in solving issues and knowing the details .
atmost the best response i got from airtel CC would be " please allow / give us 24 hrs time within which ur issue will be solved / or our system would be updated in the mean time "
many of you would have faced the same thing without any exceptions and this section gives me the same feel !!
it can be only either of two , either all of us are too smart to use airtel or we are so dumb to use airtel
