twitter has gone nuts wrt airtel. two accounts taking on airtel.

The fact is that they have given good business to Reliance,BSNL,Tikona,Beam,Spectranet etc., Undoubtedly these ISP's would be very thankful to Airtel....
...and Airtel can thank them in return because all of these companies invariably buy their international capacity from Airtel, and with only one organization to support instead of tens of thousands of customers, their support costs can go down and their profits can go up.

I don't think so he can be screwed .. Why should he be ? At-least some took the Initiative to tell Airtel how crappy it is now.
And Airtel should thank BSNL for buying International Capacities.

I don't think so he can be screwed .. Why should he be ? At-least some took the Initiative to tell Airtel how crappy it is now.

Why? How?
He's not slandering the company, merely pledging to switch from Airtel to an alternative provider if they don't give the customer what he wants. So long as he keeps it truthful, there isn't much Airtel can do. People bitch about Airtel on this forum (and countless other websites) all the time - it's not really very different to that.
If anything, the satire on the logo would be a problem, otherwise if he were employed by a competitor (DoCoMo is mentioned) to have this kind of website, that may be a different story, and probably more of a corporate problem than the guy personally.
