Airtel Service is seriously been hit. I applied for connection on 13th Sep and till now no connection. 14th Sep 2 line man came did some fiddling around to find the cable and connected the Phone saying Dial Tone will get activated once someone in the evening will come for activating DSL. So far prompt service... one gentleman came sat, attended numerous calls on his mobile and left saying there is a problem in the cable .. will be fixed the next day. :wall:Now, they say they have no idea what the problem is and they are finding the problem.... lol i have no idea till how many more days they need only to find the problem........
. This is serious service disaster from Airtel.
