Airtel Signal Problem

Hi Iam staying in Chikkagollarahatti near Bangalore. Iam having Airtel Connection. It is away from 16 from bangalore. In this area airtel signal strength is very weak. Not even a single cell.If anybody calls to the airtel number it shows not reachable or switched off.To whom we have to complaint.Anybody can provide the email ID of the concerned person and the contact number.Thanks

this is airtel in one part of the basement where i spend majority of my time at. thankfully it is not this bad where i work but at the other end of the basement, it just dies.
