Airtel VOIP for Xstream Users ?

Does anyone know how to set up Airtel VOIP in Laptop for Xstream users?
It seems the routers they provide use SIP/VOIP Settings to connect to landline and I wonder how to set up the same in Desktop/Laptop for better call as Landline sucks and as the technology is already been used by the routers to connect to landline it should be available to desktop also via SoftPhone but no one knows about the same.

Also, Airtel has similar VOIP Service, but it seems speaking with Customer Care/Technician, they don't know anything related to it.

I can only make calls to 121 or 198 but not to any no ? any idea why?

Seems to be a router issue
Did you try resetting your router?

no have not tried . so I should factory reset it? also should I call my local technician or I can do it myself?

if you can then you should definitely call the technician

@anmolbhard004 If your landline was not active before, this could be because the landline connections are not yet active in your region. The same had happened to me. Once Airtel starts landline connections in your area, it will start working.

I found password for SIP for my device is Nokia@1. I was using firefox and it detected the password asking me to save the password when i visit voip management page of my router. It gave username as +91*************@mh.ims... and the password. For my router the sip password is Nokia@1
