My airtel wifi gets red light on signal automatically after 7pm at night and gets ok in morning. The problem is from last month. Also complained to airtel but they are still working. Anyone any idea on this
Escalate to higher authorities at Airtel. Maybe mail it to the nodal officer.
Normally the higher-ups getting involved tends to get the issues resolved.
Any update?? I'm also experiencing a wierd glitch where my download speed is capped to 2-10mbps in 100mbps plan and upload is okay..
Also can someone send the email address to escalate the issue to higher authorities.
Everything is good power is -19 He also doesn't know where the problem is they have changed the ZTE modem twice and now configuring the third...I'll update here if the speed restores..
Now they are telling that the problem was from their side and they are reconfiguring the OLTs and it would take 3-4 Hrs..
(Update)Changed the router and made changes in their server now its working fine.
