Ha! The ad claims as if they are the first to have such a plan layout. Anycase, this has to be one of Tata Sky's boring ads. They usually excel in the ad department.

I have Annual Super Value Pack, Lifestyle Gold Annual, Fun Learning Annual. I also now want vh1, discovery and nat geo. The annual packs subscribed end in aug 2011. Can i change my packages now withouta any costs and which one will be the best for me? please suggest.

If you already have Annual packages, you will have to first convert them to monthly and then request for change of package. I had asked them to convert my annual to the new packages and was told that I would have to forego the entire amount I had paid - even for the months that I had yet to use.

I think that's a not a good decision to change from Annual Packs to new ones.

I am not happy paying for English news channels separately and forcing me to take the Grand Pack and pay Rs.350/month. What's your opinion? and is the two regional packs free only if you pay for the annual pack?
