^ Yes. That's what I have been saying all along. They changed it from annual to monthly. So they first refunded the entire annual fee, and then deducted the monthly amount for the days I had watched. This was followed by switching to the newer packs.

Thats great. I too would have to do same to move from semi-annual pack > monthly > new packs.
So I can get Cosmo pack channels

^ The conversion was worth it in my case. Should be similar for most folks considering the newer packs are more streamlined.

Hey guys, please suggest what would be best for me. Right now, my subscription consists of South Saver Pack + Lifestyle Gold + ESPN/Star Sports/Star Cricket pack. I watch the following channels most: Tamil channels; English entertainment (Star World); English News; English Movies; Knowledge (NGC & Discovery); Sports (ESPN & Star for F1 and Star Cricket). I rarely watch other channels. Should I change to a Truechoice package. If yes, which combo would be good?Currently, I'm considering South Economy + Knowledge + Eng. Movies + Eng. Entertainment + Sports 1 + Free regionals (Tamil & Telugu). Do I have a better choice?

The one u mentioned is the best option. It"ll Cost u around Rs 295. Further if u opt Annually itll be more reasonable.

My best experience with Tata Sky continues-
I finally changed from Semi-annual pack which was getting over by Dec end to new Grand pack. It took me just 5 min (2 min hold time + 2 min to understand & inform CC guy about new pack I wanted + 1 min to get channels started). Now I have all Hindi & English channels + 2 Regional packs. Only problem is CC guy was reluctant to provide me annual or monthly complete pack and insisted me to go for Neo channels only, which I agreed. So for now I have Grand Pack + 2 Regional + Neo channels Monthly for 390/-
Within 5 min, my balance of around 300 from semi-annual was refunded, and new balance was updated on STB & by sms on registered mobile.
(I may be lucky, but I must say that) TATASKY is best in customer service :thumbsup:

Forgot to mention! NEO pack is added for 90 days, so now I can only add other sports channels monthly or wait for 90 days to add annual sports pack.
