All Troubles with Sun Direct

Hi E1,Despite the problems caused by INSAT 4 satellite Sundirect is killing me by not letting me login to the online account. Poor customer service - if some one is complaining about the password issue for that also they are referring to the satellite reasons. When we ask for a supervisor they will place you on hold for atleast 5 mins and then will hang up on their end. Last 3 days has be frustrating with Sun Direct..!! Guys can any one help on how to reset the password if thats the solution???
