ALWAYS ON for teracom modem, model no T1-B-DSL699E9.4U6-5 for BSNL broadband

I am using a Teracom Type 2 model for internet connection whose model no. is T1-B-DSL699E9.4U6-5.I am not able to use it in ALWAYS ON mode. Please tell me the step by step procedure for the same. Thank u.
