I placed an order for a FHD LED monitor on Amazon on 14th April 2015, no sign of shipping, seller is not responding to my messages either.
I contacted Amazon customer service on 18th April and they told me that they've sent a "strong" email to the seller regarding my order. I guess Amazon will not ring the seller's phone instead send useless emails which he may never read.
It's 19th April now, it says "shipping soon" on my order page. My intuition tell me that seller is not attending his Amazon account, Seller apparently has zero feedback and "just launched" tag on his profile.
What should I do?
