Yepp. If such was the case, they would manually approve any additional domains you add which is never the case.
 
I guess it is just a placebo thing. Domain would have been great if they were going to automatically use your affiliate id for all traffic coming from your approved domains. lol.
 
the good thing with cuelinks is that they support multiple retailers. they might be taking a solid cut from the money generated but they have made me more money than flipkart which is well not surprising.
Amazon on the other hand could become a good option once they launch their mobile and electronics section.
