Sister in law got a unit as gift from her office. It stopped working this week. Filed a complaint with Amazon. They would replace the device but not the adapter. Funny thing about this is that they sell the adapter for Rs. 1999.

So if the adaptor is faulty… I would probably try ordering a third party charger from AliExpress because paying 2K for the adopter is just idiocy.
