Just placed an order delivered super fast in 5mins. Amazon riders are faster and reach mostly at exact address.


It was showing location but somehow rider reached my address while map was showing location at store. In app though it shows rider is at my location but map doesn't update.

Could be network issue.

Amazon Now is available for my pincode, I use it almost all the time. The delivery center is close to my house, and no need for them to take the main roads, I get it within 15 min or less all the time.

The cashback at 399, 749 and 1399 is really good. I mostly buy Amazon Fresh GCs using my ICICI / HDFC cards which give like 16-18% rewards. On top of that the cashback as well.

it is insane how bad Amazon app/web feels compared to something like blinkit for a quick grocery order. i almost always end up ordering through blinkit.

They should create different apps. There is Amazon fresh, now, pharmacy, pay, main amazon and what not. All combined into one. The main app also has tickets, movies etc.

Main app should only link to other apps. Fresh and now can be combined with option to select delivery time or something like that.

unless they go native with their apps, they are going to remain shit. it is insane that smaller startups have well performing apps while Amazon is still loading webview in their apps.
