Amazon Seller Shopping_Deal sends a Cyber Crime threat through SMS on product return request

A friend had to deal with this shit recently. He ordered a table tennis racquet and got a product that he believed was fake. He filed a refund request and received this sms from the seller:

Amazon refunded the money but did not say anything about the fake threat from 'SP Office'.

Seller: Shopping_Deal

Product: GKI Euro V Table Tennis Racquet

SP is the short form of Superintendent of Police.

the sms system appears to be connected to this online store:

Sports Uncle

its written in sms that 24hrs is given to solve the case. Why would the accuse solve the case? Isn't it the job of police? Anyways can you post the seller link here? So that I can avoid him in future

sms is fake. sms from sp office would be from diff code not seller account.

Reliance,tata,airtel etc also gives these types of fake messages and call us that they will sue me because i didnt payed my bill
These Companies will never change...
And this company doesn't even know what CyberCrime is.. lol omfg they could do threat anything for money...
