@rockyAs @moderator wrongly selected edit in your post and posted my reply. try a smp power supply ensure DC plug has same polarity. Usually Inner +ve.I use input 100-240AC output +12V==1A AC/DC adaptor model ZCB819Like charger for cellphones.

Just take the modem to the nearest store that sells adapters such as these - you can find good ones from ERD ..
