Angel TV to pay 1Crore/Annum to SD

Hi,I just came to know that Angel TV paid 1 Crore to get back on SD from 24th dec 2008 (This amount needs to be paid every year).I feel it's the duty of all Christ Believers (irrespective of denomination) to help these guys, as they have done this only for us.Angel TV has requested us to send a minimum of Rs.400/- in form of DD to Angel TV, Villivakkam stating "Sun DTH assistance"... I'm doing this right away!!I'd kindly request all those of you who can afford this cause, so that we can continue to watch this wonderful channel in SD.Thanks,Nirmal

Even i saw that clipping of that.They are telecasting this message continously.Whats wrong in charging 1 crore.SD is doing business.If they cant pay money then they can avoid SD.Atlease be happy that u got that channel before christmas but for Hindus they have removed Bakthi channel.

May be that is the reason some channels go off from SD platform. Bakthi TV and some Malayalam Channels.

3 Crore for Kalaiganr is equivalent to Rs.100. So they dont bother about it. :cool2:

You mean for both Marans and Kalaignar! Marans are financially clever, they would have recovered the carriage fees for the next 20 years from the family settlement.

For the channel broadcaster he isn't spending money from his pocket. Then why should we?

It is waste of money. What is the use in showing that channel? Will it eliminate hunger or poverty? We can use that Rs.400 for some charity. God Jeasus will bless us more for giving to charity and he himself won't be willing to waste the money on empty chatting which comes on that channel.

Hindus they have removed Bakthi channel.

It will be costly Bakthi to pay for.

Better to pay 60 Lakh RS to DD Direct+ and broadcast channel to almost 6 Million people more people then any DTH.
