so this is a weird show. it's a crime show with nicola walker as the team leader. and she regularly talks to the viewers (us) breaking the fourth wall. and she keeps connecting the case to a piece of literature. it is based on a radio talk show which she hosted from what i read. it's a pretty decent fun watch. very unlikely for a crime show as there is a humor element involved as well especially nicola and how she deals with things... cases seems to be pretty casual. they get resolved rather easily after a bit. characters are fun.

Sadly you might have to wait several months before season 2 is uploaded. Right now its being broadcast at a small TV channel owned by BBC. PBS will get access to it in October 2023. BBC One too at some future date. Even S1 was also uploaded late. So.
