Any android app that can block calls?

True caller requires internet to block calls and i need an app that can work without internet.

Well you can block individual nos also which doesn't require internet

Try avira security. It has a built in call blocker app. And free too!

I have been using truecaller for blocking calls. It works like a charm. Also, it saves you the hassle of saving numbers in your address book. Just a touch and number gets blocked.

Also, after re-installing the app, You don't need to re-add.. The previous blocked numbers automatically gets added in the blocked list.

I wish the app asked permission from your contacts because it's their private information that is usually uploaded on their servers. At least their blocking feature appears to work because they have not added back my number over the last couple of months.
