YOU is terrible in hyderabad too ..they have good plans but service is terrible.

Worst Service, I dont think this company has any policy, no SLA, I have raised a request on 19th , then since past 3 days my internet is not working and no one in technical team calls , this company is total fraud, just take money and dont give service. Its always better to go for good brands like Airtel and dont come under influence of such cheap plans. Atleast we get for what we pay. here 1200 rs gone withouht the whole month internet and then the reply comes, since you have used it for 1 hour in a day , we wont give you extension.

Well, I have used Airtel in Vaishali Ghaziabad, Spectranet in Mayur Vihar delhi, Hathway in Noida, BSNL in Dwrka and You in Gurgaon. Spectranet was worst in my experience. Hathway speed was nice and service was really good however plans were limited. Airtel spped is good and services are also good however costly. You broadband has few excellent plans however service is mostly poor and sometimes it's okay. Speed, I would say good as compared to other Non-Airtel providers. However I wud say, if you are getting 50GB in 4 MBPS for 3 months, it's not a bad deal. I could not see similar plans in any provider including Airtel. Only if you can compromise in Service sometimes, it's not bad. I am not a You broadband oriented prson, just want to pose correct picture of my experience. Sometimes some of us have horrific experience I agree however, keeping in my mind that It's India and cost structure, we shud think and act by our own conviction. Hope this review helps.
