Any guide to Set Up VoIP Services on my Huawei HG8145v5?

Hi Everyone,

Greetings, I want to setup my VoIP Profile on my Huawei HG8145v5 (purchased via Indiamart) to work with my Landline device but the problem is that the details which are of old Nokia G-2425G-A Model worked previously with ZTE but ain't working with Huawei always giving Failed Registration errors.

If someone can help, Please help me
