hi friendsany information about the dth guidlines which are effective from 1 dec 2007,i m personally looking for the 1)rent basis for dth stb 2) a-la-carte for each chhl 3)change of service(DTH)ANY INFORMATION U HAVE ,,,,PLZ REPLYIT SEEMS DTH COMPANIES NOT FOLLOWING THE GUIDLINES FROM TRAI,AS TILL DATE THEIR ARE NO SCHEMES
