just wanna know if any of you are facing some issues with mtnl from past 2 - 3 days like speed related issues or ping issues?

Start with line stats. Could be rain damage.

snr margin 25.5(down) 7.0 (up)
attenuation rate 18.5(down) 13.0 (up)
is it ok ?

Yes. Its great. Run this in cmd:

ping Google -t

Could be a port issue. Hmm.

told them to change the port many times but they refuse every time.
Update: Connection is stable now but speed gone -.-
getting 0.30 mbps instead of 2 mbps -.-
