I've bought physical games not the digital one.
Need some suggestions regarding online purchase especially in G2A website.

I've bought from Steam before and from what I've heard G2A is legit only thing is that their means of obtaining the keys may not be exactly ethical. Also I think they have some G2A protection thing which is turned on automatically for all people when they buy from their website and which has a fee so be sure to turn that off after your purchase as it has some fee.

buy from steam the best and safe way. Origin is also good but its pretty shitty and their rules fucked up they have banned entire country from their services which turned legit buyers games unplayable. Also G2A prices are not that great at least for the games I have checked.
Best is to buy from Steam also there are few sites which offer steam keys but check prices on steam itself before buying them. On steam Add me he_man843
Humble Bundle is also very good and they offer free games from time to time. Uplay for Ubisoft games is also good.

Have bought from G2A a lot before Steam became INR friendly.

As @xuxiq mentioned, the legality of where the keys obtained are a mystery but nowadays they're pretty popular and I guess if you don't have an alternative option then it's alright. I'd still recommend something other than G2A if prices are similar.

Thanks all for the inputs

Flipkart & Amazon.in offering CODE ONLY pc games(some) cheaper than these websites. Is it ok to buy them?

FYI - I'm not looking for pc games after 2015 as my GPU doesn't support(high settings) it.

What 'code' are those sellers offering? If you're ending up getting codes for steam/uplay etc, might as well buy on Steam directly (they support all kinds of Indian payment gateways now).

I personally haven't bought code on ecommerce sites as Steam is pretty reliable and there's a good refund policy in place.

I've bought many games from g2a. They offer pretty cheap games. Bought close to 10 gmaes from them and only one game got revoked by steam. But if you have g2a protection , they replace the game for free. g2a protection only costs 1~2 $ and its worth the peace of mind. you can use Paytm wallet to pay on g2a which is pretty good if you have local debit card and no credit card

Steam is cheap i got games during sales for very less amount. Newly published games are expensive but after year prices drop sharply. I did buy a bundle it had 5 games, a newly published game would cost the same as the bundle i bought. Just wait for the game and dlcs to get old and prices are cheap. I have even bought from Blizzard same story as time passes games get cheaper but the duration is a lot more with blizzard.
