any way to increase upload speeds?

All of you know that, bsnl is binding the upload speeds on UL900+ plan to 6-7 kb/sec... is there any way to increase the upload speeds by a hack?

1. it's KBps not kbps.2. it's not uncommon for DSL companies to provide slow uploading speeds.3. we do not discuss hacking techniques here.4. you can consider moving to airtel. upload speeds are great on airtel broadband.
