Anybody else experiencing low speeds ?

I think people from Chandigarh and around are unlucky when it comes to BSNL. The service has degraded to a point where we get downloads at about 8 Kbps. At first I thought it was an issue with my connection, but it turns out all my friends in Chandigarh get the same speeds. This has been going on since about the beginning of this month :wall: Oh, and my plan is Home 500. What kind of speeds are people from other cities getting?

Yes, in Sector 22, more likely after midnight, speed drastically degrades, to a point were no bytes are send for 10~25 mins, happens 2~3 times. Pinging gateway n DNS has replies but cant surf.

Yeah happens to me too BSNL has been acting up this whole month. First that username/password invalid error and now this. I'd rather have my UL 900 plan back then this.

Dharamsala, H.P. has been a joke for a few weeks. Half the time it's down because they take the server down and the rest of the time it's so slow it might as well be dial up. I can only hope we get some competition here sooner rather than later.
