The 2nd IP (10.218.xx.xxx) seems to be internal but I am unable to find out where is this hop or of what device it is from. Any help with is greatly appreciated. Thank you.!

I have my Syrotech ONT configured in bridge mode with Archer C6.
No VoIP is configured on either of the modem/routers.

The 2nd hop is your ISP's gateway/BNG. They usually have good firewall measures, so you won't be able to port scan or Nmap your way out of it.
It is pretty common nowadays and a lot of ISPs use internal IPs to expand their network, where they can't or do not need Public IPs.
