I have a serious question from anyone who is or has ever worked in the technical support section of a telecom operator(broadband)Why is the 1st step of solving any connection related problem asking us to delete all cookies and temporary files?doesnt matter if i can ping the router or not, doesnt matter if the relevant lights on the router are working or not. First step is always please delete all cookies and temporary files from your browser..Does anyone know why?
